Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order or it has been damaged during the shipping process and you would like to return or exchange it, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. You will be e-mailed a return shipping address and your refund will be processed when the item is returned to us.

For any finished pieces that are purchased online or in person, you will receive a 90 day warranty where your piece will be restored to its original condition, or in severe cases, replaced. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

For any permanent pieces, you will receive a lifetime warranty where your piece will be welded back onto you. This warranty covers re-welding, re-polishing, or re-sizing your permanent piece. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

For any CUSTOM pieces purchased online or in-person, you will receive a 90-day warranty where your piece will be restored to its original condition, or in severe cases, replaced. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
