The turnaround time for in-stock pieces is 1-4 business days plus shipping time. In cases where your order prep&handling time will be longer than 4 days, we will be in touch!

For any pre-orders please allow 2 weeks from your order date for prep&handling before shipping time.

If you are unhappy with your order or it has been damaged during the shipping process and you would like to return or exchange it, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. You will be e-mailed a return shipping address and your refund will be processed when the item is returned to us.

For any finished pieces that are purchased online or in person, you will receive a 30 day warranty where your piece will be restored to its original condition, or in severe cases, replaced. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

For any permanent pieces, you will receive a lifetime warranty where your piece will be welded back onto you. This warranty covers re-welding, re-polishing, or re-sizing your permanent piece. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

For any CUSTOM pieces purchased online or in-person, you will receive a 60-day warranty where your piece will be restored to its original condition, or in severe cases, replaced. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

To order a custom piece of jewelry to be handmade for you, please make a $40 deposit towards the final cost of the piece under the product "Custom Piece Deposit". This will ensure your custom piece is moved along from the "planning and discussing" stage to the "creating" stage.  Describe what you want in the order notes and leave your contact information. We will be in touch within 24 business hours to discuss the details, and once we draw up an estimate for the piece and get your approval, the "creating" process will begin. If for some reason your custom order cannot be fulfilled, your deposit will be returned. 

Simply put, permanent jewelry is just jewelry without a clasp! The piece is microwelded onto your wrist, ankle, or neck so that you don't have to worry about taking it on and off. There is no embedding into the skin or pain involved in this process. The tiny spark from the micro welder connects the two ends of the chain, permanently!
